30-Day Return Window

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare, body care, or personal care products
• Opened supplements or vitamins
• Opened food and beverage products
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

How to Return

1. Email hello@borealisgoods.store with subject “Return Request”
2. We respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
3. Ship items back using a trackable method

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or defective items.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
