Our Story
Borealis Goods was founded in Nepean, Ontario, with a simple mission: to make premium Canadian wellness products accessible to everyone. Inspired by the vast, pristine landscapes of northern Canada — from the boreal forests that stretch across the shield to the clean, cold waters of our northern lakes — we set out to build a brand rooted in the natural richness of this country.
Our journey began when our founders noticed a gap in the Canadian market. While imported wellness products flooded store shelves, high-quality, locally sourced alternatives were hard to find. Canadians deserved better — products made with care, tested for purity, and formulated with ingredients drawn from the diverse ecosystems right here at home.
What We Stand For
At Borealis Goods, quality is not a marketing phrase. It is the foundation of every decision we make. From selecting suppliers to designing packaging, we hold ourselves to a standard that reflects the values of our customers: transparency, sustainability, and efficacy.
We believe wellness is personal. That is why our collection spans a wide range of needs — from daily vitamins and herbal teas to skincare essentials and aromatherapy products.
Canadian Heritage, Modern Standards
We are proud to be a Canadian company operating out of Ontario. Our products are formulated to meet and exceed Canadian regulatory standards. We work closely with Canadian formulators, herbalists, and quality-control laboratories to ensure that every product we offer is safe, effective, and honestly labelled.
Sustainability
The boreal forest is one of the most important ecosystems on Earth. As a brand that takes its name from the north, we feel a deep responsibility to operate sustainably. We use recyclable and compostable packaging wherever possible, minimize our carbon footprint through consolidated shipping, and offset what we cannot eliminate. Our products are never tested on animals.
Our Promise
Every product that carries the Borealis Goods name has been evaluated by our quality team. We do not rush products to market. We test, reformulate, and retest until we are confident that what reaches your door is something we would use ourselves.
