30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

Email hello@borealisgoods.store with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions if approved. Do not send items back without authorization.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. In those cases we provide a prepaid label.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplements, skincare, essential oils, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
